Letters go out at the start of each month. US subscribers typically receive theirs within 5–10 days. UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and Ireland may take 2–4 weeks depending on international mail times.
No — gift subscriptions are a one-time payment. The recipient receives their letters for the full term and that's it. No surprise charges, ever.

Mail occasionally gets delayed — if yours hasn't arrived within the expected window, email us at hello@thesundayletters.day and we'll make it right. Please double check your address on your receipt first, as that's usually the culprit.

Absolutely. The letters arrive in our branded envelopes with no pricing information. The only receipt goes to the email address you use at checkout — not the recipient.
