Shipping Info

Mailing Dates

Here's everything you need to know about when your letter ships and when to expect it at your door.

When do letters go out?

Letters are mailed during the second week of every month — typically the first or second Friday. We pack and seal everything by hand, so there's real care that goes into each one before it leaves.

From time to time, the mailing schedule may be adjusted to accommodate holidays, USPS delays, or operational needs. Schedules are subject to change.

United States

5–8 days

After your letter ships, expect it within 5–8 business days. Allow up to 2 weeks in some cases.

International

2–6 weeks

We ship to the UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and Ireland. Allow up to 6 weeks for delivery.

A note on tracking

Letters are sent via standard first-class mail. Tracking is not available — this is part of what makes real mail feel like real mail. Your letter is on its way; it just takes a little time to find you.

If your letter doesn't arrive within the expected window, email us at hello@thesundayletters.day and we'll sort it out.
