- Your name and mailing address (so we know where to send your envelope)
- Your email address (for order confirmation and account communication)
- Payment information (processed securely through Stripe — we never see or store your card details)
If you contact us by email, we'll keep a record of that conversation in order to help you.
How We Use It
Your information is used only to:
- Fulfill and ship your subscription
- Send you order and shipping confirmations
- Respond to questions or requests you send us
- Improve how the website works (through anonymized analytics only)
We do not use your information for advertising purposes or share it with third-party marketers.
Who We Share It With
We work with a small number of trusted services to run The Sunday Letters:
- Stripe — payment processing
- Payhip — subscription management
- USPS / Royal Mail / Canada Post and similar postal carriers — to physically deliver your mail
These services only receive what they need to do their job. We don't sell, rent, or trade your information with anyone else.
Your Mailing Address
Your physical address is used solely to send your monthly letter. We do not share it with any third parties beyond the postal carrier required for delivery. If you move, just email us at hello@thesundayletters.day before the 1st of the month and we'll update your address before the next letter goes out.
Cookies
Our website uses basic cookies to help it function properly and to understand general traffic patterns. We do not use cookies to track you across other websites or build advertising profiles.
