Letters are mailed during the second week of every month — typically the first or second Friday. From time to time, the mailing schedule may be adjusted to accommodate holidays, USPS delays, or other operational needs. To get notified the moment your letter ships, email us at hello@thesundayletters.day and ask to join our mail-date notification list.

For US orders, expect your letter within 5–8 business days of shipping — allow up to 2 weeks in some cases. For international orders (UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and Ireland), estimated delivery is 2–6 weeks after shipment.

Letters are sent via standard first-class mail, so tracking is not available. This is part of what makes real mail feel like real mail — your letter is on its way, and it'll find you. If it doesn't arrive within the expected window, just reach out and we'll make it right.

Yes! We currently ship to the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and Ireland. Shipping is included in your subscription price. International letters have an estimated delivery time of 2–6 weeks after shipment.

Yes — letters are addressed to the recipient by name, the way real mail should be. If you're gifting a subscription, the letter will arrive in your recipient's name with no pricing information included.

Email us at hello@thesundayletters.day within three business days of your billing date and we'll update your address before your letter ships. If your address change comes in after letters have already gone out that month, we'll send your next letter to the new address — and do our best to reroute if possible.

Just email us at hello@thesundayletters.day before the 1st of the month and we'll take care of it before the next letter goes out. No hoops, no runaround. See our Refund Policy if you have questions about refunds.

Please double-check that your shipping address on your receipt is correct — that's the most common reason a letter goes missing. If everything looks right and your letter still hasn't arrived within the expected window, email us at hello@thesundayletters.day. We'll resend your letter via First-Class Mail within three business days.

Absolutely. Just enter the recipient's name and address at checkout. The letters will arrive addressed to them, with no pricing information inside — only the receipt goes to your email address. It's a gift that shows up every month.
